This Time, It Gets To Be Different

You're not here by accident, and this isn't therapy as usual.

You're Holding It All Together, But Who's Holding You?

You've scrolled past the platitudes. You've read the websites that felt robotic or vague or just... not meant for you. And now, here you are... something in your chest softening, something in your gut leaning in.

Because this isn't therapy as usual. You notice that in this space, things feel different in a good way.

You're a high-achieving woman who's spent a lifetime holding it all together. You're intelligent, competent, emotionally attuned... the one everyone else turns to when they fall apart.

But lately, you've been wondering:

Who holds me?

In this space, you don't have to abandon yourself, you don't have to hold anyone else... in this space you get to be the one to take space.

A Therapy Practice Built With Intention

No sales pitch call, no pressure to work with me, no billionaires making decisions on your behalf.
In this space, I work for you, honor your autonomy, and I practice the very tools that I offer my clients.

Here are some of the ways that I've thoughtfully built my therapy practice with deep intention:

Why I don't offer free consultations

No awkward sales calls. No delay in getting started. I don't offer free consultations because this isn't a sales pitch, it's the beginning of something sacred. Your heart is huge and you are often so quick to give: your time, your energy, your love... but rarely do you invest in yourself. I believe that when you finally reach out for support, you deserve more than a rushed, surface level sales pitch. You deserve the real thing. One of the most important aspects to our work is strengthening your capacity to trust yourself, and that starts even before our work begins. You don't need an awkward free call to convince you to work with me, your gut already knows if I feel like the right fit or not, and I encourage you to finally give yourself permission to trust your inner wisdom without questioning or second guessing it. I also know that if you're reading this, you're ready to get started. You are someone who likes to dive right in when you feel ready; you've been waiting for this shift your whole life and I don't believe you should have to keep waiting. Skipping the unnecessary sales pitch and starting with a full session means we dive in right away. No waiting, no performing, no proving you're "struggling enough." Just space, presence, you... finally held in the depth you've been craving. And logistically? I don't work for free, and not because I'm greedy, but because I practice what I preach. Mental health professionals are primarily women and people of color whose compassion has been exploited by demanding unpaid and low wage labor that does not align with the level of education, training, and licensure required to do this important work. I believe in honoring energy, time, and labor: both yours and mine. Every appointment I offer is an intentional commitment, not just a calendar slot. When you book a full session, you're not just booking me: You're finally showing up for you. The decision to trust your gut and book a therapy session is the first step in the radical and effective change you've been longing for.

Why I don't bill insurance & how to use your insurance benefits

I don't contract with insurance companies, not because I don't care, but because I do. This field runs on the labor of women and marginalized therapists, whose work has been undervalued for far too long. Despite holding advanced degrees and licensure, we're expected to accept low wages, heavy caseloads, and burnout in the name of accessibility while billion dollar systems profit from our compassion. I believe everyone deserves access to mental health care. I also believe the solution shouldn't come at the cost of therapist wellbeing. So I stepped outside the system, not to opt out of care, but to offer it differently: with sustainability, ethics, and intention at the center. I intentionally operate as an out-of-network (OON) therapist so I can offer care on your terms, not theirs. Here's what that means: I don't let insurance dictate my energy. Because I'm not beholden to quotas or spending hours on hold with claims departments, I've built a caseload that honors my capacity so I can be fully present with each of my clients. No shortcuts. Just thoughtful, attuned, high quality therapy every time we meet. I run a practice with integrity. My fee structure allows me to do this work well while staying grounded in my own life, family, and wellbeing. My current rate is $200 per 50-minute session. It also allows me to offer reduced fee sessions when I can and give back to my community in meaningful ways, without compromising care for the clients I serve. I believe in your right to choose. If you want to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, I'm happy to provide superbills to help with reimbursement. I'm not involved in that process, but I'll support you in navigating it. You deserve to understand your options and choose what works best for you. Out-of-network therapy still allows many clients to access their insurance benefits without sacrificing flexibility, privacy, or autonomy. You decide whether to submit superbills for reimbursement, or keep therapy completely outside the insurance system. If you want to learn more about your OON insurance benefits, see my OON guide in the footer of my website* Either way, you're the one in charge. And I'll meet you there. My boundaries aren't a wall, they're a signal… a mirror to the part of you that's been quietly wondering: "Wait... maybe I don't have to burn myself out to be worthy. Maybe I’m allowed to build something sustainable too."

How I approach accessibility in my work

I believe therapy should be accessible and I also believe in sustainability and integrity, both for myself as well as the clients I am honored to serve. I consistently offer two reduced fee spots in my practice exclusively reserved for individuals navigating financial hardship and socioeconomic inequality. While these spots are typically full I'm always open to a conversation if we feel like a strong clinical fit and I have the capacity. If you're someone who deeply resonates with my approach but cannot afford my full fee, you're welcome to reach out and ask about availability. While reduced-rate spots are limited, and my full fee is not negotiable, I value transparency and am always glad to discuss what's possible. If this applies to you, feel free to email me at sarah@bloommqt.com to start the conversation.

What to expect in our work together:

Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm a therapist, business owner, mom, human... and I hold space for people like you: the strong ones who are pretending to be okay as they hold up everyone else around them.

If you've spent your life being the reliable one, the high achiever, the peacekeeper, the one who anticipates the needs of others before they've been spoken... I see you. You don't need to explain your burnout, your inner critic, or why saying "no" makes your stomach twist. I deeply get it.

I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in working with women like you: smart, compassionate, and tired of proving their worth. In our work together you'll have a space where you don't have to perform. A space where your needs won't be minimized, where it's safe to fall apart, question everything, and still feel emotionally held.

You're not too much, you're just ready for more.

This is your healing sanctuary. You pour into everyone around you, now it's time to pour into yourself.

You already know...

I'm not here to convince you; I'm here to encourage you to trust yourself.

You've been carrying too much for too long, and somewhere inside you know it's time.

You're ready to be held with reverence, not rushed. Ready to be seen without having to perform. To finally exhale in a space that doesn't ask you to shrink, simplify, or smile through it.

If working with me feels like the right next step, you don't have to second guess it. You're allowed to trust yourself.

That space is here.

Let's begin.
